Dylan Wright Bio:
Dylan started riding motocross at the age of four after his parents bought him a Honda XR 50. Dylan was first introduced to the sport after going to watch a motocross race in his hometown, Richmond, Ontario. Dylan participated in his first race at the age of five and he immediately fell in love. Dylan’s passion for the sport, dedication and talent helped him to climb through the amateur ranks. He then raced his first pro races at the age of 14 and again as an intermediate at the age of 15, where he made it onto the podium at Gopher Dunes. At the age of 16, he made his professional motocross debut in the MX2 of the 2014 Rockstar Energy Motocross Nationals. Every year Dylan has improved as a rider getting closer and closer to the championship. Dylan has proved he has the speed to win with multiple wins this past season. He has proven to be one of the top championship contenders in his class and is his goal to take home the championship this year!

Off the track and training for races, Dylan enjoys riding off-road, cycling and mountain biking. Dylan says “I truly feel very blessed that I can do what I love as a career and I have the best office anybody could ask for! I cannot thank the amazing people that have helped get me to where I am today, there is no doubt that without these great people I wouldn’t be as far in the sport of motocross as I am today. I am also truly thankful to be a part of the Honda Canada GDR Fox Racing team, they have given me their amazing support, motorcycles and a great team dynamic, so I can have all the tools needed to take home the MX2 championship. It is now just up to me to do my job! Although I do love racing very much, there is more to it than just the racing that makes our job great. I get to meet new people and see new places because of this sport! Also it is great to help the kids through the Junior Red Riders program and watch the future of our sport blossom.”

Colton Facciotti’s Bio:
Colton began riding motorcycles at the age of four after receiving his first Honda Z-50 for Christmas. Equipped with natural talent and a true passion for the sport of motocross, Colton quickly began dominating the amateur ranks. At just 14 years of age, Colton turned professional and made his debut in the competitive MX2 class of the 2012 CMRC Motocross Nationals. While the first few years as a professional racer produced little more than valuable learning experiences, Colton was able to put all of the pieces together in 2008 and secured his first MX1 Championship. Instantly addicted to the taste of winning, Colton went on to win three more MX1 Championships in 2009, 2011, 2014 and 2018 as well as representing Team Canada multiple times at the inaugural Motocross of Nations.

"I'm truly fortunate to do what I love for a living and to have had such a great group of people supporting me every step of the way throughout my career. Joining Honda Canada in 2014, I feel as though I am part of a family and I have all of the resources to bring home a fourth championship. I’ve ridden all kinds of bike, but for me, Honda is the best fit. I enjoy sharing my knowledge and experience with younger riders through the amateur racing team and Junior Red Riders program. It is this type of support that will help grow the sport for future generations to come and I am proud to be a part of it."

Although professional motocross requires a disciplined lifestyle, when Colton is not riding or training he enjoys taking his son riding at the track, spending time with friends and family, and recreational activities such as golf, mountain biking, road cycling and snowboarding.

It’s one thing to read about it, but the real rush comes from getting out and experiencing first-hand the sights, smells and sounds of motocross. Get off the couch and out to an event near you!
